Injection Packer Ø 13,5 mm

Segmented rubber sleeve having a very rough surface. Through the four rubber segments four seals are formed from the screwing. On our video (filmed at AUSBILDUNGSZENTRUM BAU) are two extreme tests in slippery holes that were intentionally filled with oil (begin: 8:33 min. of the video).

First attempt at oily borehole (moderately tightened packer): stable under pressure up to 180 bar.

Second attempt at oily borehole (strongly tightened possible by our high-strength packer screw): stable under pressure concrete block bursts at about 420 bar - in a slippery hole !!!!!

Rubber sleeve with textile inlay widens up so far and can not slip over the discs not even in too large boreholes.

High-strength screw Packer made of tempering steel. Our Packers can be tightened much more than other injection packer that have a screw that consists of cutting steel.

Grease nipple of own production (2 versions: high and low pressure nipple). Grease nipples are usually prepared for high viscosity fat and not for low viscosity injection media. This is probably the main reason why nipple not seal reliable. The grease nipples of several German manufacturer (1999-2007) could not satisfy us. In 2008, we have invested in our own nipple production - exclusively for our Injection Packers. We attach great importance to the reliability and functionality of our Injection Packer - and a reliable Injection Packer therefore also needs a reliable grease nipple.
